Checking, checking.

I hate having to do this. Probably I don't exactly have to, as there's nothing incriminating on my LJ (well, aside from my widely known and many a time expressed lurve for the snarry severitus noncon chan scenario), but also I hate to lose my flist, short as it is. So - ta da!
I don't know yet if I'll repost everything (grr, technology) or start anew. Luckily, my entries are few and far between (less time and effort to copy them). And I guess I'll have to acqauint myself with the Semagic thingy.

We’ve finally arrived at our destination (Bergen, Norway) and I’m lucid enough to jot down my thoughts on DH. I’m also dying to read what other people make of it, but now I’m too exhausted to do so. Spoilers ahead.

Make Notes

21st July, 2007. 3:43 am. NO DH SPOILERS

My merciful husband took pity on me and postponed our departure for tomorrow(see previous post). So I finally got my hands on THE BOOK(first thing in the morning - we didn't have any midnight release parties here, people didn't flock desperately to read the English version -dunderheads- there was only one guy already reading THE BOOK in the shop, 15 years old by the look of it). And now I'm afraid to open it! I don't want it to end! I don't want to know. So, the thigs I did today in the way of procrastination:

1. After dashing like mad to the bookshop at 10 am, I had a leisurely breakfast out (while not reading THE BOOK)

2. Translated 4 (!) pages of my book, the deadline is for August 6th and I still have 5 more chapters to go. But I usually work at night. As of today - noon-1pm (still avoiding THE BOOK)

3.Brushed my teeth *g* (for, like, 10 minutes)

4.Cleaned the house (still not looking at THE BOOK)

5.Updated my lj (which I never do)

And now I'm nervously edging towards the sofa *sigh*
